Process Overview:
1. Area Ownership and Rights:
The customer must confirm that they have the appropriate rights to the area to be scanned, such as ownership, claims, licenses, or excavation permissions
2. Request for Scan Estimate:
To get started, the customer must complete and submit the “Request for Scan Estimate” form (available for download).
3. Inquiry Review and Confirmation: AiGeo team will review the submitted inquiry, prepare a map of the proposed scanning area, and send it to the customer for approval. Along with the map, a service proposal with pricing will be provided.
This form should be sent to email adam@aigeo.ltd detailing the specific area to be scanned and the materials to be detected.
4. Commencement of Scanning:
The scanning process will begin after receiving a 50% deposit payment from the customer to AiGeo account.
5. Final Payment:The remaining 50% balance is due once the scan results are delivered to the customer.
