GENERAL TERMS :

1. Initiation of Scanning Process:
AiGeo will only begin the scanning services after receiving an official order number from the client.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership:

AiGeo retains all rights to the intellectual property associated with the scan and related results until the full payment has been received from the client.

3. Client’s Legal Compliance:
AiGeo is not responsible for verifying that the information provided by the client complies with relevant data protection laws, mining regulations, trade practices, or any other legal requirements. 

The client assumes responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, and AiGeo is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data.

4. Indemnification:
The client agrees to fully indemnify and protect AiGeo, including its service providers, from any legal claims or liabilities arising from the client’s use of the scan results, particularly in relation to third-party claims.

5. Accuracy and Completeness of Service:
AiGeo make no guarantees that the scanning service will be completely free of errors, fully accurate, or exhaustive. The results provided should be considered supplementary and are not a replacement for conventional geological methods, but rather as a tool to assist geoscience professionals.

6. Service Delivery Commitment:
AiGeo will ensure the service is delivered with the highest level of care, attention, and expertise.
